We don't have a capacity problem. We have a connection gap.

Your church is growing, but growth shifts the pastoral problem. More people, same few hands, and the gap between Sunday and real belonging gets wider.

Every week a church goes without a clear connection pathway, faithful congregation still feel like outsiders.

Jesus spoke to thousands. He discipled twelve.

Small groups are wherefaith stops being spectatedand starts being lived.

But only 30% of congregations are in a small group. The other 70% aren't uninterested, they are simplystuck in the gap.

This gap shows up in three places.

The First Contact Gap

People want to connect, but the next step isn't obvious or easy. The responsibility ends up on the individual rather than the community around them.

The Communication Gap

Messages get passed around, quietly sit in an inbox, or they funnel to one exhausted staff member. The congregation never gets the chance to play its part.

The Follow-up Gap

After the initial connection, it’s hard to know who actually got plugged in. Without visibility, people wait, feel forgotten, and quietly slip through the cracks.

Turn one welcome wall into one hundred.

Every member a welcome point. Every Sunday an invitation.

VineMe equips your whole congregation to stand in the gap.

Empower the Congregation

Meet VineMe.

The small group app built for the congregation — to serve the church.

For the first time, we all speak the same language. Before, we had to chase with emails. Now we can see exactly who’s connected and who still needs a place.

Our Story

A Faith Project, Not a Tech Project

VineMe was born out of a passion and a desire to see people enjoy the joy and fruitfulness we have been so blessed to experience in our small groups. We know first-hand how transformative being needed and known is, and we want every Christian to find that kind of belonging. We are deeply grateful to Holy Trinity Brompton, who walked with us for 18 months as we built and tested VineMe inside a real church family. What started as an experiment is now an active part of HTB Onslow Square's small group life. Now, we are opening VineMe to the wider Church, big C, and to leaders who share our conviction that the Body of Christ is called to live out our faith together.
